Shipping

Depending on availability we ship daily via Hellenic Post Office (ELTA), registered and we provide the tracking number. Shipping fees will be calculated after your order, and you will be notified by email. The Shipping Rates Vary Depending The Weight. To have an idea, for international shipping, for 1 item is €12 (Until 500gr). For 2 or 3 records (501gr - 1kgr) is €16,50. For 4 or 5 records (1kgr to 2kgr) is €27.
Domestic shipping is €5 for unlimited items. For order more than €100 free shipping (for Greece only).

Return & Refund

Returns are accepted for wrong item(s) delivery. In this case we refund item(s) value + shipping costs and we will cover any return cost. All returns must be authorized so please contact us before returning anything.
If return of item(s) is requested by buyer for any other reason than a mistake from our side, we will refund product(s) value and not shipping costs, under the condition that the item(s) are received in same condition as sent. Refund will be given upon arrival of item(s).
Refund also will be given in case of postal loss but only when items are sent registered and to the maximum of the compensation that the greek post office gives for registered shipping. Fully insured shipping is possible for many countries. Please ask for info if interested.
If your payment needs to be refunded and the reason that caused this is not our fault, the paypal fee (that is 4-7% of payment) will not be refunded (we don’t keep the fees, paypal does keep them as refund fee).
