It’s been over 12 years since Infopesa embarked on the project of relaunching its legendary musical catalog with a compilation representing the essence of Peruvian Cumbia. Infopesa´s founder, Alberto Maravi, spearheaded the approach and presentation, and baptized the final record with the iconic name “Cumbias Chichadélicas: Peruvian Psychedelic Chicha Nowadays the “Orange Label” of Infopesa is sounding as loud as ever, recalling a golden agewhen names such as “Los Mirlos”, “Juaneco y Su Combo”, “Los Orientales de Paramonga”,” Sonido 2000”, and “Los Invasores de Progreso” first took hold of fans across the continent. Continuing with their job, they proudly present the second volume of this musical journey, “Cumbias Chichadelicas 2 : + Peruvian Psychedelic Chicha” a rendez-vous with Peruvian musical legends from the 70s and 80s.
